Mobile LASIS 5.0.1

The Sarawak Land and Survey Department has taken significant steps towards enhancing service delivery to the public by launching the Mobile Land and Survey Information System (LASIS). This initiative offers an integrated mobile application designed to facilitate easier access to land and survey information. The Mobile LASIS is compatible with Android versions 4.4 and above, as well as iOS versions 8 and above.

Key features of Mobile LASIS include:

• MY PROFILE: Users can access and review their Order History, Favourites, Products, and apply for the renewal of Land Lease applications.
• LAND SEARCH: The app allows users to search by entering landmarks or Unique Parcel Identifiers (UPI), or by selecting parcel lots. Users can purchase Cadastral Map Sheets at scales of 1:1000 or 1:5000, as well as extracts of land or strata titles in both full printout formats.
• MAP VIEWER TOOLS: Enhanced interactive features have been introduced to enrich user experience. These include zooming capabilities, base map selections, KML imports for overlay views, landscape display options, and approximate measurements for distance and area.
• RENT & PREMIUM: Users can view their Land Rent and Premium details, as well as manage payments for any outstanding amounts.
• RENEWAL OF LAND LEASE: The application facilitates online renewal of land leases.
• VALUATION SERVICES: Users can obtain indicative premium charges for land conversion under the Application for Variation of Title Condition (AVTC), and validate land details related to Sections 47 and 48 of the Land Code concerning Land Acquisition in Sarawak.
• SUGGESTION: The development of Mobile LASIS will be guided by user feedback, with a dedicated feature allowing public input for continuous improvement.
• SHARE YOUR FAVOURITES: Users can bookmark their preferred land parcels and share these selections with others.
• GENERAL INFO: Provides essential general information for users.
• eLASIS: This web-based extension integrates seamlessly with Mobile LASIS, enabling a single sign-on experience for users on the web platform.
• PAYMENT METHOD: Supports various payment options including Sarawak Pay, Online Banking, as well as Debit and Credit Cards through L&S prepayment accounts tailored for individual use.

This initiative reflects a commitment to modernizing public services and improving user engagement in land management activities across Sarawak.
